Grocery stores have the best prices on flowers. Uptown always has pretty bouquets for weddings when I've been there. I used PJs flowers in MWC and they did a great job and less expensive than other florists. I would've used a grocery store if one had done them when I got married. I used Johnnies Sweet Creations that did an awesome job and very cheap compared to everyone else I checked.

TLC is the best! There's one on Northwest Expressway between Council and County Line Rd. Under the Sun is also good, but they don't have shrubs or trees.
