The guy at OKC Garage Door--I think his name is Joe--gives you a price upfront before he comes out. He couldn't fix mine because I hit the door and trashed it so he didn't charge me--I bought my new door from him. There aren't too many places open on Saturdays and I couldn't get my door shut but he came out and got it shut for me and like I said, he didn't charge me because he couldn't fix it.
