We haven't been very happy with Dr. Heim. My step daughter has had hers on for 3 years now and we can't seem to get an answer on why it's taking so long and when she could possibly get them off. She always has to wait a long time during her appointment and Dr. Heim hasn't been that accessible to talk to. The office staff has not been that helpful either. We just feel confused about what is going on with her plan of care. My husband went to Orthodontic Associates and had a great experience though.

I have worked for Dr Steffen for 30 years and they are just wonderful. Dr. David Birdwell has joined his practice with ours and we are all now Orthodontic Arts. 341-2587. No charge for first visits or x-Rays.

This Dr has YEARS of experience!!! Fyi: i went to Lewis on Kelly-they don't take ins. They said Brook would need Braces - 2 yrs. Tx plan 5800 and some change... 2 nd opinion from Dr. K. No braces needed!! Lesson learned--Get a 2 nd opinion before you pay $$$$$$$$$!!
