Martial Arts World Elgin. If you want to learn from the best who was trained by the best. Not a hurry up and pay for extra classes or hurry to the next belt. One month trial unlimited classes all classes are an hour long. Over 25 classes a week and they ever have a solid after school program with transportation with a staff to assist with home work . National Karate in south Elgin has karate classes for teens and also Krav Maga classes for teens. If you are looking for self defense Krav Maga is a great option. My daughter does it. It is easy to learn but effective. The number is 8477416565

Officer Joe Sostre( the EHS police liaison officer)is hosting a self defense class for EHS senior girls on April 13 th. He 'd be able to tell you if other opportunities are available for younger girls.
