I take classes with Boontiva Truong-Quang . She is classically trained in India. She teaches at The Centre and at her home studio on the west side on Chicago Street a block west of Dairy Queen.

My yoga teacher adjusts for the class as she teaches, Message Boontiva at Optimum Health on Facebook. I've been going to her classes for more than 10 years. She was certified in India and teaches in her home studio on Chicago on the West Side.

Thanks, Christina. Tuesday nights in the gallery at Side Street Studio Arts is yoga with Nancy Krueger May at 6 pm. Wednesdays are MindBody Wednesdays in Next Door Theater. And, Saturday mornings are yoga with Tiffany Philpot in Next Door Theater. All are drop in.
