A good place to start is with a Reputable Architect to design Exactly what you're looking for Than put the plans out to Reputable builders. I did a lot of fancy Additions and new homes and always started with a Architect on the fancy ones. I'm going to guess it would be around 1 k to 2 k today for there services.
