Elizabeth Marie. Use all the platforms to research agents as well. There are a bunch: realtor, trulia, zillow, facebook, and google. Make sure that the person you speak with listens to your needs. All the names I see on here are all excellent, but there is most likely one that is best suited for you, so call a few. Ask for phone numbers of past clients as well. That is a true testament to what you will receive in terms of service levels. My $.02
