I've never had luck at Biy Y. Even with their buy 1 get 2 free sales....I still end up spending twice as much there than I do at Shop Rite...and that's with my coupons.

Best grocery store for quality (especially lunch meats) and variety is Stop & Shop. Their "gas points" that can take up to .50-cents a gallon off your gas purchase can save a lot of money.
