Gosh..we love alot of Erie's restaurants! When I want sea bass we go to Petra or Mi Scuzi (which also has great Margareta Pizza) and my husband has several favorites at each place. We also love 1201 and Avanti's (gourmet nights)-their respective menus change frequently and both have creative approaches to food using fresh items! We also enjoy taking our own wine to Avanti's. 3B's has great homemade bar-b-que and other unique "bar food" menu options. The Colony has great specials, home cooked feel good items and live music. Alta Cucina has great cotemporary Italian options, live music and a warm atmosphere. For lunch with the girls it is always Pie in the Sky, great homemade soups, quiches and individual pizzas (and desserts!). Summerhouse-best breakfast menu plus great homemade soups and creative sandwiches. Best home-cooked lunch or breakfast when time is an issue is Hyatt's. All of these places have alot more going for them than what I have mentioned..I am just highlighting what makes them special to me. Darby Patton Scalise
