Basically if you want your back popped go to Rock. Dr Mateo does more traction and soft tissue therapy. Its much easier on your body. Both are very nice, but I recommend Dr. Mateo.

LOVE Dr Mateo! I should add I have been to both. My experience with Dr Rock wasn't bad but my experience with Dr. Mateo was more thourough
