In my experience Dr. Chang is a miracle worker. He healed me when no one else could, nand I've heard the same from many others who went to him after trying multiple other places. He only tells me to come back if I hurt.
OtterBrewer replied:
I use McDonald Family Chiropractic at 23 rd and Haskell. He listens and finds what’s wrong. I like him because he doesn’t tell you to come in repeatedly.

I saw Dr. Steven Hess at Olathe Medical Center (if he's still there). He did my back surgery back in 97. He was amazing.
Matthew L. replied:
Wowza, reading this thread made me acutely aware of why I quit practicing chiropractic 15 years ago. The ignorance about it is amazing and makes me nuts! Now, to address your issue: I'd recommend all of it, the drugs, the chiro, the PT and the massage. For chiro, I like Mark Kissinger. Get well soon, darlin!
Heather N. replied:
Also, a good chiropractor can do a lot, even if it is just muscle. Matthew Lewis is also right on it being best to do all options. Especially if you can get the doctors involved to coordinate together.

I've had that same experience with most other chiropractors, Michael. Dr. Bob uses a different kind of technique called the activator method - and incorporates other healing modalities as needed. Very different experience from other chiropractors I've visited. Qigong sound wonderful, too. Like you say - Taoist yoga!:)
