I personally found high priestess to be the most over priced. I recommend you do your research like you are here, and make sure who you choose is a actual artist not just a "tracer" of stencil work. If they need to improvise cud the stencil gets wiped off or something you want someone who can.. I have had rusty savavge, Mark Gailey ( now in Portland but worth the travel) and someone from high priestess do my work. I have personally hard the best about area 51 other then my favorite Mark Treylerpark ( mark gailey) is real name if you want to research. Good luck and remember it's addicting and for, life:)
