We got one in January...and it rained every day during the 2 week time frame they gave us. I called the ROA and they gave us an extension until March. We went with Arturo at Z Painting LLC. He had a reasonable price, 2 year warranty, licensed/bonded/insured...they were great and got it all done in about a week.
