Thanks Christa Smith, I had Marysville plumbing come and and repair the pipe. And a big thanks to Bio Clean, Inc for coming out and getting everything dried up before repairs. A word of caution to all the other Gleneagle residents with the CPVC piping in their houses. This stuff is brittle and this joint cracked inside the fitting with no warning. You may want to have a couple of plumbers phone numbers handy in case something like this happens to you. From all reports this stuff is garbage and getting near the end of it's life span. I never would have thought I'd be considering re-piping my house at it's age.

Yes, it is! The system in my house is usually only found in mobile homes. Grrr. Frederick Brindle with Edmonds Plumbing is my fiance and we live in Gleneagle if anyone needs his services. 206.920 8000

My company still operates out of Everett though. Danika Plumbing and Contracting. I was asking about the disposal because if they put in a new disposal and the dishwasher drains into it, they may not have popped out the drain plug in the disposal. Seen it many times when a new disposal is installed. If not that, then possibly the drain clogged, or the airgap, or the drain hose from the airgap to the disposal or other piping depending on how it is connected.
