Hi All - Realize I'm very late on all of this conversation, but I'm no longer the coordinator working with RYLA! RYLA, as a program, is geared toward young people ages 14-30. The 14-18 program is most popular in the United States, however RYLA for ages 14-18 exists in many countries, and RYLA for individuals over 18 exist in the US, too. The "Young RYLA" program that Rolo mentioned is very successfull and popular, but not officially recognized by RI - as the International ages for the program remain 14-30. Maybe in the future that age range will change - since the Interact age is now 12-18!
