Good morning. Dear Pet Parents, Do you have an awesome veterinarian that you can recommend? Please tell me who, why and where. I'm thinking local but I know I've made...
Pamela S. replied:
We use Dr. Frame at Medford Animal Hospital on Jackson Rd. for our dog. Dr.'s Kupersmith and Dazen at Animal and Bird on Springdale Rd for our parrots.
Pamela S. replied:
Countryside I think their name is, Andrew Pell. They DO NOT have 24 hr. emergency care. Mt. Laurel animal hospital does. If you have an emergency after hours, go there. To reach their emergency service you can call the regular hospital phone number (856) 234-7626. Everyone with pets should write that number down.
Alice M. replied:
the VERY BEST VET is Dr. Helen Campbell, Old York Veterninary Hospital, 2126 Old York Rd., Bordentown, N.J. she is worth the drive, she is devoted to dogs and cats.....
April P. replied:
Thanks so much for all the positive feedback. I know how devoted you are to your pets. They are family. I took my dog Bella to Dr. Frame. He was so kind and really took time to talk. My dog has a sensitive stomach and nothing more. Some meds and hoping all better soon. I love her so much. She's a sweet dog. Emily the vet tech was also awesome. I highly recommend MEDFORD ANIMAL HOSPITAL. thanks again....
Elizabeth M. replied:
April, our dog is Bella too and Dr. Frame is wonderful with her.
Laura T. replied:
Dr. Lisa Aumiller's HousePaws Mobile Vet is fantastic! And she comes to your home. This was a must as our older lab was aging and had trouble get in and out of the car. We were even able to have him at home, in comfort, surrounded by family when it was time to end his suffering. That was a blessing. Our younger lab thinks it's a play date when Dr. Lisa comes over. She just opened a new office in Mt. Laurel where they perform xrays and surgeries. The whole staff is amazing!!!
Maureen P. replied:
Dr. Frame. Always pleasant and thorough and never a wait.
Maureen P. replied:
We have had to very eldery/sick pets in the past that have had to be put down and they were amazing to us at Dr. Frame's.
Angela C. replied:
Dr Kuppersmith and Dr Dazen at Animal and Bird on Springdale Road in Cherry Hill. 8567512122. Won't trust anyone else with my babies!!!
George Y. replied:
Dr Emily Gang, Hartford animal hospital, next Tarentella's.

Heather M. replied:
Congrats on the new puppy. I use Evesham Veterinary Clinic in Marlton . Their # is 856-983-9440. They are great! I use pet smart in Berlin for a groomer . I have a dog walking and pet sitting business if you ever need anyone, let me know! My number is 856-952-4266. Good luck!
Heather M. replied:
Holly Troilo Sure Holly ok sounds good!
Lisa C. replied:
We use Creeks Edge in Hainesport. What type of dog are you getting?
Lisa C. replied:
just saw in another post that you're getting a goldendoodle! Love my Goldendoodle, they're the best dogs. Our groomer is 15 minutes away but, in Voorhees. Jiggles and Wiggles do a great job on doodles. Believe me my doodles got a BAD haircut when I took him somewhere else. So exciting, good luck!

I have had good experiences with Mt. Laurel Animal Hospital which is close to Marlton. Know lots of people that like Garden State & Dr. Heller in Maple Shade. Do not recommend Marlton Animal Hospital.
Marlyn C. replied:
My friends love Garden State in Cherry hill. I didn't know if it was too far.
Marmalade & Mobile Vet - they will come to your house - tell her I sent you - she has saved my cats lives many time ... honest and nice and understanding - won't go anywhere else .. if you need to go to an emergency vet go to Red Bank Vet in Cherry Hill on rt 70

Depending on where you're at as it could be a bit of a hike, but if you just need some basic routine care/vaccinations/etc I highly recommend [PetCheck Urgent Care](https://petcheckurgentcare.com) in Sewell. Walk-in only, 9am-9pm, but I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes or so coming in on a weekday. They let one "pet parent" come in to the office & treatment room and are very affordable, no emergency jacked-up prices.
I started going there since covid because of the reasons you mentioned - I hate having to just wait outside in a parking lot and talk to vets/assistants over the phone, information sometimes doesn't get communicated clearly that way and I have some cats that don't do well in a vets offices on their own. Also it's just been nearly impossible to get an appointment without a long wait elsewhere and when I had a new kitten I just couldn't wait a month to get its basic FIV/FLV tests!

I've been going to Burl-moor Driben forever. My family went there when I was a kid for my pets and now that Im an adult with my own pets I go there. Cant recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Housepaws in Mount Laurel or Atco. They have cared wonderfully for my bunnies and cats over the years: Dr. Lisa especially is a superstar. They are taking the pandemic very seriously, but do let you go in the office with your pet. They also have mobile vet services, which are great if you have animals who freak out about leaving the house.

Mount Laurel Animal hospital is renowned among Veterinarians.* I’ve been taking my dogs there for 30 years. They recently expanded and have a trauma center as well as a pharmacy. COVID precautions mean they don’t let you inside with your pets unfortunately. *Source: vet friends
