LISA WELCH’S WEIGHT LOSS PLAN GOOD HEALTH PLAN The key to losing weight and maintaining that loss is by changing the way you eat. This is why most diet plans don’t work, they are temporary. A person needs to change their eating habits to be successful. DO NOT EAT Cereal - Soy - Bottled juice - canola oil - cottonseed oil - sunflower oil - Prepared foods especially those with additives. If your life does not allow time for cooking try to buy only organic prepared foods if possible. Sugar, if you are an addict, substitute sugar with stevia, a no calorie/fat sweetener that will satisfy your desire for sweetness. After about 3 days the sugars will be mostly gone from your body and the addiction to sweetness will be easier to deal with. There are many products made with stevia including colas, you can make your own desserts with powdered stevia. Ladies a small amount of real chocolate sometimes will not make much difference in your weight loss regimen, but don't overdue it. There are chocolate candies available made with stevia. DO EAT VERY IMPORTANT Protein, found mostly in white low fat meat, low fat beef, milk, cheese (not low fat cheese), eggs, yogurt made with whole sheep/goat milk is best, whole cow milk is ok too but not as healthy, organic if possible. GOOD OILS Olive oil - coconut oil - grape seed oil - buying organic further benefits health. Virgin, organic, Coconut oil - take 1-3 tablespoons per day, to burn fat, coconut oil is a medium chain saturated fat, which burns fat. MAKE SURE YOU GET PER DAY Vitamin C at least 500 mg, can't overdose on vita C excess is naturally excreted. Vitamin D 500 mg per day, do NOT exceed 800 mg per day. Vita D is fat soluble, the body has trouble getting rid of excess, which can led to a serious overdose. NATURAL FAT BURNERS LISTED BELOW A fruit is classified by being an organism that contains the seed within itself. Fruits Vegetables Whole Grains Cherries Lettuce Wheat Avocado Spinach Barley Blueberries Garlic raw Oats Tomatos Carrots Apples Kale Zucchini Asparagus Corn Broccoli Cucumbers Brussel Sprouts Pears Cabbage Bananas Sweet Potatoes Pomegranate Lemons fresh Orange peppers Yellow peppers Green beans fresh Pumpkin, not canned Summer squash MEATS NUTS BEANS Low fat chicken Almonds Lentils low fat beef Coconuts Chickpeas sardines tuna any low fat red meat DAIRY Whole milk products raw cheese products or organic Butter - natural fat burner Don't fall into the low fat diary scam, it's a lie, just don't overdue diary, especially cheese. NATURAL FAT BURNING SUPPLEMENTS Garcinia Cambogia 1500 mg with at least 50% HCA taken 1/2 hour before ingesting carbs. WHAT I EAT EACH DAY I am not a big eater so this is not difficult for me. If you are a big eater stick to the foods listed and try to reduce food intake. After a few days it's not as hard because the stomach starts to shrink resulting in less desire to eat as much. Morning 1 can of sardines in water - 1 banana - 1 yogurt - half of a fresh ripe avocado Lunch I don't eat lunch not hungry at that time. EXERCISE Eating the foods and supplements above and a small amount of exercise each day will burn fat very quickly. How you exercise is your choice but here are some helps. It is best to exercise before you eat. Exercising in the morning will help you sleep better at night. Try not to exercise a few hours before bedtime, your body needs to slow down to prepare for sleep. Good sleep is necessary for health/mental state and for weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight for your body. OTHER HELPFUL FACTS 1. Anti-cancer foods are natural raw fruits and vegetables, specific fruits add additional help, cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, black raspberries. Vitamin C. 2. Wrinkle fighters - Vitamin C, facial creme with tea tree, vitamin E, and elastin. 3. Try and stay away from GMO products. These include all corn, cottonseed, canola and soy that are not organic. GMO’s disrupt the autoimmune system leading to disease.
