Steve at Alaska Interior Construction just did a major demolition/reconstruction of our roof this summer. He is on the spendy side, but went above and beyond what we had originally discussed and did not charge anymore. We are extremely pleased with his work. Unfortunately, he is very busy and probably could not do it this year.
