Lazy Dog doesn't anymore. Cast Iron in Suisun has a couple of spots out side. Smoking and non.

Along First street in Benicia there are several places with outdoor seating. Pizza, Indian, a couple of places I don't know what they serve lol, at least one casual Hawaiian, here's a yelp link with names. Susan, they charge substantially less for non-profits and Boy Scouts don't pay a thing, but private events are priced differently. The Wednesday Club is actually less expensive and quite a bit nicer.
