Durfee High school the Culinary arts program has the students make cakes and I've seen pretty good results I graduated the class in 08 and their cakes was always good like the one you show The instructor was Mr.Wood just bring him a photo he will have the students mimic it for a good grade and the student who makes it best is the one they sell you.
