Dr Terri Remy! I've been seeing her since I was in grad school and LOVE her. She's maybe 6 or 7 years older and has kids so it's like talking to a friend and she gets all the mom stuff we go thru. She also does all the routine gyn stuff which is nice. She's in that medical center by Target. I can tell u more if u want.

General Internal Medicine Group - they have offices in FC and Arlington. Doctors and PAs in the practice are good - I used to see Dr. Lin (Ballston) and Dr. Jenkins (FC)

My husband and I see Dr Neil Vidwans, too! He's young and very up to date on medical stuff. And he's super close to your house! try him, he's great.

I like Physicians and Midwives. They have offices in Arlington, Alexandria and a few other places. I've had really good experiences with their midwives and nurse practioners.

INOVA Ballston obgyn has great doctors but stay the hell away because their front office/admin is hellacious. Always really late for appointments, lost paperwork. Just this week my appointment I’ve been waiting on for several weeks was cancelled morning of “due to scheduling conflicts”. Next available? 4+ weeks... not like it’s urgent or anything. Very much done with this place after many years... wish the doctors could go somewhere else where their talents could be utilized by their patients.

Healthcare for Women up at VHC, Dr. Winterling was great about discussing longer-lasting options when I was on shift work and could never take my BC pills on time. Their website explicitly says 'Family planning including IUDs, tubal ligation, and Essure'

I see Dr Amy Hennessy in McLean. I have been seeing her for almost 10 years and I really like her.

Dr. Moola at Inova Ballston is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. I went in as a new patient to talk about some medical concerns and she was very helpful, reassuring, and thorough. I haven't had any issues with admin as another poster mentioned.

I'm seeing Dr. Costanza Rutland for that same discussion this weekend. She's in Fairfax and Dulles. She's also on the CF-friendly doctor list, so hopefully that still holds true.

Dr. Holmberg at Ballston Inova OBGYN is phenomenal! So comforting and down to earth. Felt like my best friend when we walked in. I was very impressed and so happy to have her for our first pregnancy! The front desk people have been fine. Similar experience with the front desk as I’ve had at most doctors offices.
