Yes, you should contact Spine & Joint Institute in Fairfax City. My good friend Maria Schafer is co-owner and specializes in pregnant women (and she's the mom of 3 young kids). She's awesome, I think you'd like her. You probably know a bunch of people in common from local mom stuff.

Allergy and Asthma Care Centers, they have various locations throughout NoVa. I can only say for the Springfield location that I really like them and the doctor that works there, but you can go to multiple locations. http://myallergycare.com/

I go to Potomac ENT in Woodbridge. Dr. Ramin Ipakchi is my ENT and he is pretty awesome, and the allergy center is attached to it.
Seeking suggestions on Fairfax/Loudoun Obstetrician - looking for nice, gentle baby docs! My wife and I are on the lookout for a gentler, kinder OB office around NoVA....

I didn't visit this office under OB needs, i went in for semi-related post-natal issues i was having and the staff and NPs are so so very nice. They are attached to an actual Dr's office (Ob/GYN) i believe, if you would prefer an MD. (edit, i forgot to add the link to the office's website and info. derp) Loudound County Community Midwives: http://www.loudouncommunitymidwives.com/ ) I was seriously unimpressed with the last two doctors I had, Dr Solos Kountouris in Centerville and Dr. Felicia Donald in Sterling... just, ugh. horrible wait times and they were completely intent on induction from the start, which was not something i was interested in.

I've liked Capital Women's Care after changing doctors myself for similar reasons. Every doctor so far has been good and doesn't rush us out. They were very supportive after a second miscarriage and are comforting during the current third pregnancy. Compared to my old doctor, they share information on multiple care options but tend to support skipping tests that don't result in information that will change your care. I like this.

Thank you all so far for the responses. We're at about 5-6 weeks and we just do not want to go back to our previous OB.

So, My mom used Dr Tudder in leesburg for my siblings and I, my older sister also used Dr Tudder and I assume that's some sort of 4 th wall break. I've never used him for the baby delivering services but the whole office has been great with scheduling and niceness during my routine ladyparts examinations.

My wife's doctor is Dr. Alberta Jones. She's really nice and delivers at Reston. There are long waits sometimes in the office, but other than that, we are happy so far.
wearsredsox replied:
Perfectly Female has offices in Reston and Sterling, and I've never had a bad experience with staff at either office.

I was delivered by Dr. Kathy Wolf in Fairfax. Love the staff in her office and she was fantastic! She was rated one of the top docs in Nova.
