Google can't find any nearer than Adrian Wilson, 9-11 Rectory Road, Beckenham, BR3 1JB. (On the 54 bus route). If there's no better suggestion perhaps try the Law Centre advice line on 0208 854 8848 to see if they can recommend someone?

I had to do a similar thing for th US boards, I used a notary public - they are specialised lawyers who just confirm who you are and stamp your form. I found my nearest one from this link. Hope that helps! http://www.thenotariessociety.org.uk/find-a-notary
