I suggest going to a licensed therapist there is a good firm on Village Drive called Physician Rehab they can asses you and work a plan that will met your needs.

I would go to fayetteville orthopedics. DR Schaefer in my opinion is the best orthopedic doctor in town. I work with over a dozen really good orthopedic doctors with my job. But he really goes above and beyond and does whatever necessary for the patient to have the best outcome. DR Barry, DR Mcbrayer, DR Flanigan, DR Lowe, DR Green, DR Brassard are all good choices as well. Do you have any hardware in your ankle? Plates or screws?

Try Troy Turnage. I have back and leg pain but he's done some massage and Reflexology for me and he is caring. I don't think he's licensed but he's damn good.

Christine Murray isnt in Sanford but is great about traveling and does a fantastic job. You wont be disappointed. She also does equiptaping and has access to a theraplate if that ends up being an option your intrested in. I highly recommend her. Shes very quiet and relaxed the skittish/anixious ones love her and fall right to sleep when shes around.
