Sussex Barn on North Heath Lane in Horsham is very good,nice sized portions and very reasonable prices...My friends and I go there a lot now,It's also under new management now and changed a bit inside in the last couple of weeks

A desert cafe, Creams cafe, in Crawley, next to Morrisons, they have a small soft play area there.

Food wise the Red lion pub at Handscoss, was recommended to us, and was very good. The Crown in turners hill is good for food. The Shipley Bridge in Burstow. And the Mill, Dunnings Road, East Grin stead.

And there is Grange Farm cafe, and you can look around their farm shop. And the Haven Centre, Crawley Down although check for times etc, you can ring.

Thai Siam in Railway Approach EG is very good, I eat in and takeaway there, not dear either. A main with rice is £9 or something. They are closed Mondays.
Thinking of taking the little ones for a country walk. Any recommendations? One thing with a cafe would be ideal as they’re under 5. Happy to drive for 20 minutes or...
