Some people produce more histamine. Check out Dr. Asa and his anti-inflammation diet. http://www.amazon.com/.../ref=la_B001JS341O_1_1... Simply change what you eat and you can drastically reduce the amount of histamine you produce.

Leslie, if you want to travel to Huntsville, Rachel went to Dermatology Associates. We liked them a lot! http://huntsvilleskinandlaser.com/

Stay away from MD Malette by ECM! Total jerk.

We use Dr Rawdon also but we only do minimal supplements. At least let Jay take plantain drops around the clock while you figure out your next move. We use them all the time with Lily. It's about $10-12 a bottle.:) Praying for y'all!!! There is a lady in Russellville who is an allergy specialist. Can't remember her name. Maybe can google it?

Vicki Strickland, is Tennessee Valley Dermatology where Dr Hanson is? I like Dr Hanson but it takes months to get in to see him. I need to get this cleared up soon. I will be having glaucoma surgery soon in Birmingham and I need to be well of this. Please all of you pray about the glaucoma surgery. It is Major surgery. I am scared to death, after talking with the Dr. I think my nerves may be the cause of this out break. I think it is Rosacea. Ann Bennett told me I had it long ago but it has never been this bad. Please put me on your prayer lists.
Mary M. replied:
I have never had it break out in a rash like it is now. My face would just get real red and hot. I would always say, "You could fry an egg on my face. " That's when Dr Bennett told me it was rosacea. Dr Welburn also said I had rosacea a good while ago but it wasn't bad then.
Katherine W. replied:
go to Dr. Webb

Ann Bennett had come out of retirement last March - not sure what her status is now. I saw her the next morning after I called.
Billie P. replied:
Jimmy has used Dr. Ann Bennett for years. Like Lynn said she was off for a while with a broken hip. Her practice is somewhat limited, only works certain days and hours. Not sure about new patients but it is worth a try; she is very good and you don't usually have to wait long at all.
Mary M. replied:
I used Dr Ann Bennett many years ago too. I really liked her. Glad to hear she is back. Where is her office located now?
Ruth G. replied:
Dr. Lauren Hughey, Kirklin Clinic--B'ham; she treats rashes--any skin condition, as well as lesions. Think you'll be pleased with her.
