Any shock collar trainer is the LAST thing you want for a dog with anxiety. Adding pain and fear is the worst thing you could do, and regardless of what those trainers advertise, that IS how those tools work. Anne with Specialty Pet Training is fantastic and you could also contact Brenda Keller with K-9 LEARNING ZONE. Both are positive trainers who will work with you to solve the underlying issues. If he is a service dog, have you contacted whoever originally trained him? They should be able to help you as well.
