Try GoodRx.com - you put your medicine in with your zip code and it tells you the price at all the pharmacies near you, so you can see who has the lowest price. Also, the drug manufacturer might have coupons on their website.

CVS has a pretty awesome walk-in clinic. My youngest sister was sick a couple of weeks ago and I took her in. There was no wait at all. She got diagnosed with strep fairly quickly, paid her co-pay, and had her prescription called into Tom Thumb because that is her regular pharmacy.

Does anyone know of a pharmacy that is giving Flumist this season?
Susy D. replied:
Cdc recommended against them again this year (as they did last year). Also altered the recommended age for the injection down to 6 months https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/season/flu-season-2017-2018.htm
Need a recommendation for a CVS pharmacy near Highland Village that provides good customer service, unlike the 407 store. Thank you!
Kris T. replied:
1172 and Morriss Rd is great. I prefer 3040 and Morriss Rd though. Customer service level is good at both. I have to use CVS due to insurance as well. Just FYI - there is one doctor we use in town that has problems communicating with them. That is on the doctor's office. CVS does perfectly well with my kids' doctors, 2 different urgent cares in town and a previous doctor I used. My new doctor has tried to blame CVS twice now, but they are the only ones CVS seems to have ever had any issues with that I can tell.
Susan J. replied:
Exactly Mysti Cruz! I believe you can call your insurance - tell them about your experience and opt out of using cvs
