Can anyone advise which doctor is the best to see at the Ashdown health centre in forest row, particularly for children?
Carla R. replied:
Much prefer Dr Canon she's much more open to your expertise as a parent, gives each appointment the right amount of time and is thoughtful. I personally find Dr Baxter dismissive.
Jaki H. replied:
Dr Fyfe every time. No question.
Katie A. replied:
Dr Fyfe. She's lovely x
Julie D. replied:
Dr Baxter..good all round and very kind in my experience..and great minor surgery on skin stuff!
Natalie L. replied:
yes - I have to agree with folk saying Dr Baxter is kind... I choose to see him all the time - he's strong, he's funny, he's kind... I haven't always liked what he said at the time - but he was right. He's very honest and real. I prefer that to smiley-false. I know what I'm getting. He'll be totally down the line with me. He's done two minor surgeries on me, phoned me to make sure I'd been seen after a referred... I had heard he didn't have a great bedside manner - but I've never had that. He's always been great with me. Empathic, kind, and helpful. While also laughing at the weird alternativeness that is Forest Row.
