CSU has it's own brand new state of the art health center https://source.colostate.edu/csu-health-medical-center-celebrates-ribbon-cutting-community-open-house/ I'd be surprised if no one there can refer him to a physio/spine dr. Also orthopedic center of the Rockies has excellent docs.
Pam C. replied:
My son has had great results with https://www.facebook.com/135335423197980Momentum Physical Therapy! They are a little way from campus though if he doesn't have transportation.
Viviane E. replied:
You should be able to get a referral for PT and anything else he needs at the CSU health and medical center. There is a comprehensive CSU medical and PT clinic there. If he needs attention after hours there is also a walk-in community clinic in the same building, Associates in Family Medicine, open evenings until 8 pm and weekends too.
Kathy G. replied:

In search of a good General Practitioner at Kaiser in Redlands. Preferably male (it’s for my son). His doctor of 28 years is retiring and he has to pick a new one....
Kathryn G. replied:
Not in Redlands but if you want Colton~~ Robert Schmidt is good!!
Colleen L. replied:
Dr Schmidt is super he's my dr for years
Malinda G. replied:
I know you are asking for a male but I have to endorse Dr. Dorcas Ang. She's one of the best at Redlands. She may not have an open panel. Your best bet may be to see who is taking new patients at Redlands and ask of those that are open if anyone has an opinion on them.
Erin C. replied:
Dr. Chhabra in Redlands. He's great! Always listens and takes his time. I think he got an internal medicine doctor of the year last year.

Does any have a recommendation for doctors in fort collins. My daughter is staying there and we need to change her primary care doctor.
Pia F. replied:
Our daughter has Bonnie Nowak as her PCM we really like her practice not to far from campus. The nurses and staff are very friendly and have been incredibly helpful when we were dealing with visits out of the area.
Carolann M. replied:
My daughter established herself at Associates in Family Medicine. She sees Dr. Lockwood and Dr. Van Farowe (females), at the Horsetooth office, and likes them both. The bonus is that they also have an Urgent Care in the same location, so if she ever needs that, she can walk in and all of her records are there and up to date. She is pleased with all of the doctors she has seen there (almost 4 years). http://www.afmfc.com/
Looking for a GP/family doc for my daughter. She thinks it is severe bronchitis.
Carolann M. replied:
Associates in Family Medicine. My daughter has established herself there, and has been going for 3 years now. The plus is that they also have an urgent care at the Horsetooth location (Redmond Road),. Your daughter can "walk in". I like that if my daughter needs urgent care, they also have all her medical records available. For appointments she sees Dr. Lockwood and really likes her. Also, there is another thread on this page asking the same thing, so if you do a search, you may see other recommendations as well. I would highly recommend doing a "walk in" at AFM, and then establishing herself there; I hope your daughter feels better very soon! http://www.afmfc.com/
I need a recommendation for a primary physician in Ft. Collins for 21 year old. Yes, they can be seen in CSU clinic but would like to have a PCP. Any suggestions?
Carolann M. replied:
My daughter has established a primary care doctor at Associates in Family Medicine. They have a few locations, and one quite close to campus. They also have an urgent care at one of their locations, which is great in the event she needs to see someone after hours, as they have all her medical records available. She has been going there for 3 years now, and has been happy with any/all the doctors she has seen; (there have been occasions when she couldn't get an immediate appt. with her primary care doctor).http://www.afmfc.com/
I need a primary care physician for me and my kids
Any suggestions?
Lisa F. replied:

Dr. Deric McIntosh with foxtrail family medicine. He's in Loveland but worth a little drive. Amazing bedside manner. Always has time for my thousands of questions
Amber M. replied:
Associates in Family Medicine-Dr. Kesler at Horsetooth location or Dr. McIntosh at Loveland location. Both AMAZING!
Jennifer L. replied:
Dr. Deric McIntosh w Foxtrail Family Medicine -- Like Alexis said, amazing bedside manner -- down to earth, takes the time to get to know you, will try to find natural approaches as well before just prescribing/pushing a ton of meds, etc. He's also a D.O. so if you need to be adjusted he can do that.....He's my primary care but also who I'm seeing for baby:)
Jessica D. replied:
Dr David Schmidt at associates in family medicine ( across the street from the hospital on lemay ave.) has been my dr since he was only a resident...19 years now! I love him bc he's not only a doc but your friend and confidant!
