Don't know how fancy you are going but Bruno's bbq and Catering is great food and Amy Ray makes some hella good cakes!

If the venue you are looking at allows outside catering, ask for Crackerjack Catering. My friend Mike Bentz is the owner. He also just opened up his own restaunt, Crave, over by Fred Toenges on Hobson.
Wedding Dreams by Linda Grant. She is out of Ohio, but services the FW area at certain venues. Professional, reasonable, easy to work with, and the food is good. She does the decorating as well if needed.
Ok anyone and everyone I need your help please. We have set a wedding date....July 27th and yes that is next month. Totally have nothing done other than the pastor...
