No...I'd have to order it for you. Actually, the Health Food Shoppe sells it, but it's EXPENSIVE, and you wouldn't want to buy a whole bottle just in case it doesn't work for you (though, I'm pretty sure it will help tremendously). I am putting in a order today, so I'd be happy to get you some sample packets.

I have had anxiety so much more when I don't have enough Vit B. Find a natural made solution or mixture that has all the B vits. I use www.biotor.com b/c I know the people firsthand and trust them. Not very expensive at all. Email me privately if you need more info. Vit B's are the stress relievers of all vitamins. There are several brands out there, like Stresseze, that give a super dose of these to help you balance. You could also have an imbalance that needs help. www.biotor.com has services to this effect.

I have been dealing with a similar situation. I found a book recently that I started reading: The Mood Cure by Julia Ross. It has been very insightful. I would highly recommend it. It discusses the amino acids and supplements.

What Melinda said. Miles Nitz at Take Charge Counseling. And I'm a huge fan of CBT. I absolutely agree that pharmacological methods are best reserved for when other methods have been inadequate Or when the situation is so severe that immediate action is needed. But even in the last case, meds can be a stop-gap treatment while initiating counseling with the goal if dropping the meds eventually. However, some people do benefit greatly from the long- term use of meds and I would never fault then for that.

I had my first anxiety/panic attack when I was in the 3 rd grade. It ran my life from that point on until 2 things: 1. I found an amino acid called GABA that is amazing. The brand that works for me is enzymatic therapy. I get it from the natural grocery on sherman. 2. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy did not work, but I found attachment and attuning therapy that has changed my life. Attuning Hearts is the group I love.

Carissa, counseling is SO helpful. I worked at a center for 3 years and have struggled with anxiety myself, so I even received free counseling. One thing though that has totally helped me so much, though, is an herbal and vitamin combination supplement called "Nutri-Calm". Seriously, it is absolutely incredible. I do not go a day without it. It's helped me SO much. I can even give you some samples to try. Let me know if you'd like to try it!

He's dr Monique's ex husband so they would have similar techniques. I think both are amazing!! I just happened to go to him when they were together and stuck with him. Highly recommend!!

Recommendations for a cranial sacral therapist for a newborn?
Jennifer M. replied:
I thought our chiro, Dr. Jon Alter, did some cranio sacral with our third bebeh. I know he did adjustments. Whatever he did was magic- I will call Monday and ask about it.
Hallie G. replied:
I highly recommend Sarah Evans. She has worked on my children of all ages (including newborn), is incredibly gentle and has helped with a mixture of issues. You can find her on Facebook or message me for her contact info.
