I am indeed interest in educating, phytoremediation essentially means cleaning the soil with plants. Myco-remediation, cleaning the soil with mushrooms, has especially powerful effects on soils contaminated with fuels, oils, and other molecular contaminants (as opposed to heavy metals which plants can help more with). Kenneth White Jnr, super interested in what you mentioned, can't quite picture it.

I bought a couple empty lots in 2008 through an attorney who claimed that he was representing the City. He also claimed the lots were free of liens. They were only $500 each, and I had no plans for improvements, so I just took him at his word. Which was a mistake, as they both had sizeable liens. So it is always buyer beware. Baker Creek is delightful! I also love Bountiful Gardens. Our favorite lettuce in the entire world comes from there, but I've not seen it elsewhere. It comes up like crazy and stays both beautiful and sweet FAR longer into the season than you'd expect. Cut and come again. I just let them go to seed and shake them everywhere so that they start coming up as soon as they're ready in the Spring.
