Gretchen Fruchey teaches classes out of her home amd they are a bit cheaper and she is very good, talented and experienced. . When it comes to studio classes, you get what you pay for. You will be able to find a little cheaper at some studios but not much without sacrificing quality. Places that are more costly are usually because of the caliber of training and experience of the teacher.

WII 'My Fitness Coach" is great! Gives you a choice of several work out styles, including yoga. Has a set up that gauges where you're physically at and asks how each portion of the workout was for you, and calibrates future work outs based on your answers. I got mine at a second hand game store for $1 and I <3 it!
