Not exactly a coffee shop but it's helped me. McDonalds on Commerce and Griffin is 24 hr, has free wifi, and decent coffee.

Just want to expand on teh [Cafe brazil](http://cafebrazil.com/locations/), multiple location are now open 24 hour. If you're a people watcher, I recommend the one at mockingbird. It has a rather eclectic customer base.
