I recommend nanasitters.com - they are local girls and they find someone steady to sit for you. Great thing is, if your sitter gets sick, they have back up ready. We have loved them!! You don't pay to request a sitter, go online and fill out your request. Ali gets a handful of girls together for you to interview. Works out great! If you want, let them know I referred you =)
