Let me try and find the place we used. Near 35 and 20, needed a regular cushion done but they did great work. Probably in my post history in /r/FortWorth, the same question has been asked in the past year.

Try S&S Buggyworks (formerly Compton Custom Interiors) down in Mansfield/Burleson. They do some amazing work. Here is their site (haven't changed name on site yet): http://www.ccintx.com/ Full disclosure: my gf's dad owns it and they are about to be doing some motorcycle leather work for me.

Chris's Trim Shop on 28 th. He specializes in classic cars. Best upholstery work I've ever seen, and he's been around for over 30 years.
