There is a place right over the border in NH that I have heard good things about. I have never purchased anything there but they have a large selection of better brands and sell the items on their showroom floor at a discount if you see something you like and you don’t have to wait to order something. Tax free too. https://curriersleather.com

I am looking for a place to get my leather bag and wallet cleaned.

Whole Foods will clean your wallet! But seriously, there are many leather cleaning products available to clean the coating put on leather, and they work well. With all the leather seating in cars, Auto Zone etc. carries them.

Following here. I would like to find a professional leather cleaning place, too, for a couple of beloved leather jackets. I phoned Helen's Leather (where I purchased one of them) on Charles St. downtown. The person there told me that they simply use Lexol cleaning and then conditioning products from the get-go, and then professional cleaning is not needed. However, I, like you, really need a professional to help b/c I didn't tend to them over time. ☹️ When pressed, the person said they recommended a leather cleaner in Central Square, but couldn't recall the name. A Google search yields a lot of leather cleaners there!! So....I'm still in need of a reputable reference.
Can anyone recommend a place to get my new leather jacket treated? I understand that there is a treatment to make it mentain it's integrity in the wet. Any suggestions...
