For our skin color it will take multiple sessions to have it remove costing around $50 per square inch, per session so it makes it an extremely expensive lesson to learn. And the sessions are spaced out over a few months so it make take 6 months to get it removed. I've checked into it for a tattoo that I wanted removed. I agree with Melissa, cover it up. I have a good idea of which one it is and given the location I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to morph it into something beautiful and meaingful. DFW Tattoo Removal and DrTattoff are 2 lower priced establishments
