Hey Sarah. Nathan is a family friend (they were at my wedding) they custom made my engagement ring. I would recommend them for a repair. I've also used Vallees for the sake of going somewhere local. I go there more for prong checking and cleaning - no repairs needed so far! However, when I had my rings completely reset and redesigned - I went to Barkmanian Jewelers in Framingham.:)
