I forgot, her office number is 301-251-1221. If you need a mortgage lender too (not sure if you are buying too) we used Tina Del Casale at George Mason Mortgage, her number is 301-523-1892 and her email is tdelcasale@gmmllc.com

We used Jacque Grenning, her email is jacque@kw.com. She is great, my parents used her to sell their house and we used her to buy out house. She is with Keller Williams.

gotta be this guy https://www.christiesrealestate.com/eng/associate/170-a-77837-71485/adam-ellison he sold me my house over the summer. keeps in touch constantly. text email phone, everything is done electronic. his recommendation for a lender was perfect too because he would basically have the underwriters check everything before it was sent for reviews and processing so there were never any problems. Wast afraid to tell me if i was overreaching or unrealistic about something. Also hes from Frederick so he knows personally all the towns and pitfalls and highlights. as for someone to avoid. I can't help you there. everyone and there mother knows a real estate agent, one I used in the past that I was not happy with has since moved to CO.

Can't recommend Cory Wilson enough! Friendly and hard working and really know the area. Two thumbs up for sure https://www.facebook.com/LiveFrederickSellFrederick/

The realtor we used is no longer working, but if you are getting a mortgage avoid the lending agent Ryan Wienstien (cant remember if thats the exact last name spelling but you get the gist). Super unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly sells client info after the deal is done.

I can't recommend the Hodos Group at Long and Foster enough. I knew nothing about this area when I moved here and they spent the time to show me around and they found me a perfect home. When there was an issue with the builder they fought on my behalf to remedy the situation and being one of the top teams in Maryland who sold multiple homes in that community they had the sway to get it done. My wife actually ended up working for that team for a year when she wanted to get into real estate and everyone on that team was extremely honest and helpful. So much so that I am actually going to be using them in the spring to list my house and act as our purchasing agent. I also have nothing but great things to say about the vendors they use for photography, touch ups, etc... http://www.yourtriphome.com

We were very happy with Barbara Swanhart, now with Remax. Great for older or more rural houses. Diane Winters with Waldner Winters is great as well.

1. Diane Derr w/ Re/Max Results of Frederick--she's one of the top producing agents in Frederick County. She was the seller's agent when we bought our home in downtown Frederick and she was better than our agent (Doug Chapin. He's a nice guy if you like to do all the work yourself and just have him do the things that fully require an agent/license.). 2. For Mortgage needs: MUST go to Cheryl Santangelo of Affordable Home Mortgage (240-581-1482)--her office is in downtown (next to VOLT): she originates and processes all herself so she can advise you the whole way through the process; she has been doing this for 20+ years and works with all kinds of buyers; and she knows this area better than anybody!
