Dwayne Riggs- Tech Window Cleaning. Absolutely the best, and most affordable, window cleaner I have used. (And I have a home built in 1978 with lots of big, high windows- so I have seen my share of window cleaners.) I use him twice a year. Home- 474-0867 Cell- 960-9906
