Call 800-hurt-123. They are really good, and have adjusters that used to work for the insurance companies so they know how to argue for more money. Plus my husband's best friend is the lawyer. His name is Michael Uvalle, which he also used to be an adjuster for a big insurance company before he got his law degree.:)
Jim Adler...The Texas Hammer...Or Brian Loncar which has personal experience...Lol. Seriously all jokes aside, I will message you a list of legitimate recommendations. In the meantime, my apologies for my cheesy intro full of lame one liners ;)

There is a lawyer grade book - look up superlawyers.com. Anyway this book is very helpful in selecting lawyers - it rates them. I don't know what the name is but let me google it.
Kimberly G. replied:

Kimberly G. replied:
Super Lawyers is a scam. They get in there by asking friends to nominate them! It doesn't mean they are reputable or experienced, just gives them a way to charge more money. Those Lawyers are wanting too much money! It's crazy. This should be simple & non-complicated, & not expensive!
Terri D. replied:
Also the Attorney General's Office is the very best but you have to physically go to their office and make appt first! They are free and are on a mission to make father's be honest through tax returns. Save the money and use them.

OK peeps... talked to the Allstate rep's assistant today, who had to go in and find my "offer" on the rep's desk (appears she's out for 3 weeks for vacation!) Anyhoo,...
Michael O. replied:
Don't know much about him but I was once referred to Howard Hamilton in Plano. As it turned out I didn't need to engage an attorney for the accident.
