Seeking recommendations for a pediatric ophthalmologist or optometrist. Thanks in advance!
Kimberly A. replied:
Hi Cherryn! My optometrist recommended http://taylorvisionandlearning.com/ for Chelsea. We had a looong wait to see Dr. Taylor the day of our appt, but the staff were all great with her. Very thorough exam.
Lisa P. replied:
Dr. Patrick Tong in Columbia is ophthalmologist and is fabulous with kids!
Lisa R. replied:
Danker Fiergang. Very reputable and highly recommended by a variety of sources when we weren't happy with our previous pediatric ophthalmologist.
Jocelyn S. replied:
Dr. Dana Taylor is the best!!! She has been seeing all 3 of my girls since they were toddlers!!! Highly recommend her!!!!
Would love some recommendations for a good eye doctor in Maple Lawn if possible. Has anyone seen Dr. Jacalyn R. Ely and Dr. Sanford R. Cohen? Would appreciate any...
Kelly C. replied:
Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute is right near HoCo hospital in Columbia. We go there.
Clarese A. replied:
I've been going to Dr. Cohen for over a decade - he recently moved his office from Burtonsville. He is a great eye doctor. I would highly recommend him.
Heather M. replied:
I have seen ALL of them. I used Ely and Cohen for years, but they do not take my insurance. I also have been using Natalie First Sight Vision Care for the past year and for all my family. They are all top notch. I don't think you can go wrong. If you have vision insurance, check to be sure the provider takes it.
Mary M. replied:
Do you know if First Sight takes vision insurance.
Hira M. replied:
Dr. Mirza. Right here at the medical arts building. She is great. Just had an appt with her a few weeks ago.
