In my opinion Smart Source insert in the Bham News or Huntsville Times has the best food coupons of the sunday inserts. Red Plum is all you get most of the time in Gadsden Times and Sand Mountain Reporter and it is mostly health and Beauty and Cleaners etc. They all get P&G once a month for the most part. Good Luck!
