Depending on your need The Child Advocacy center is great, or Barbara Damron from https://www.counseling.ufl.edu/pdb/provider-details.aspx... is great too.

What are you looking for? Those are 3 different things. If you are looking for medication management, Dr. Hess is ridiculously good. Psychologists are for testing (mostly IQ or for IEPs, etc). Therapist are for counseling.

Psychologists also provide counseling services. If you want to go to one place, UF Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is located in the same building as Medical Psychology. The Psychiatry group provides medications and the Psychology group there provides counseling and other behavioral services for all ages. For this group though, you should be proactive in making sure your referral and request goes through.

You don't need a prescription for an emotional support animal or a service dog. Emotional support animal (or ESAs) do not have public access. The only way you'd need a drs note is sometimes to fly depending on the airline, or for housing. Look up the ADA laws and laws on ESA to see what your rights are.
