Laura Giancoli Gunzburg. We have used Willoughby two times. First time young guys came to install our new sink in new counters and did a GREAT job. Second time, had them reset a toilet and a sink in powder room after new wood floors...NOT such a great job there. I love their receptionist.

Steve Lyons 301-253-4090. I am handy and do most of my own work, but i have used him when beyond my skill level (water boiler, gas lines). Extremely honest and well priced. When I needed the thermostat replaced on my water heater, I called one of the big companies who sent a tech, goofed with it for a while, said it could not be fixed and tried to sell me a new heater- $2000+. I had Steve recommended to me, he fixed it in 30 minutes, ran great for years after that.
