Dr. Roy Terry in Lebanon. I've worked with him as a nurse and found his surgery to be consistently good. He can have a brusk bedside manner at times but he does know what he is doing. He does shoulders very frequently and other joints. In Gallatin Dr. Goutch is an awesome orthopedics doctor with excellent results but I'm not sure if he does shoulders. He did a superb job on my brother in law's knee who tore every ligament he had and nearly lost his lower leg... but Dr. Goutch got him 100% back to normal.

Prolo therapy at Prolonashville.com. My wife went to him for her shoulder and knees and she is feeling great and that was about 5 years ago. Non-surgical solutions. No down time or recovery.

Elite Sports Medicine (team doctors for the Titans) have the answers. They are my doctors and are amazing, every one of them. Burton Elrod stared the practice and the reason for the name "Elite" is he hand picked the best specialists in their individual fields. Just had hand surgery two weeks ago and I'm good as new.

It's called St Thomas Midtown plaza or something like that. They also have an office in Franklin, but the midtown location is where I go. The Baptist Surgical Center is in the basement and that is where most of my surgeries have been. Great group of people.

Dr Gautsch in Gallatin. He just rebuilt my leg from the knee down back on September 19. I'm already going to PT so far so good.
