I don't know what vision therapy is either, but Dr. Cossari on Barnum Ave in PJ might be who you need to see. If not, perhaps his staff can point you toward someone who is.

I used Dr. Garcia in patchogue for vision therapy years ago. I also work in patchogue and it only takes about 15 minutes to get there.
