We stayed at the Willow Ridge Lodge the last time we went. They have a ton of things for kids and families etc. It's in heart of Branson and very close to everything. As long as they are fixing the issue within a timely manner they are complying. When sub contractors are involved some things are out of their control. They are not responsible for paying for a hotel. Also, you cannot deduct anything from your rent. You can always ask if they would pay for a hotel. Property Manager.

Hotel Phillips downtown is really nice and they have a old speakeasy style bar downstairs, which is amazing. They transformed the old postal room into the bar. It's kind of secret so it's secluded, quiet and romantic. Mostly lit by candle.
